Yes. Every response is visible individually in your feedback inbox — rating, return intent, comment, Fiidx AI-detected emotion, and the issue tag Fiidx AI assigned to it. You can also view aggregated summaries, heatmaps, and trends on the dashboard. Nothing is averaged away or hidden.

When you create your account, you choose your business type. Fiidx AI generates 10 strategic questions — each targeting a different operational area where improvement directly drives retention, referrals, or revenue. You pick the 3 that matter most right now. You can regenerate the pool and reselect any time from the Questions page.

You set a threshold for each feedback target — for example, 3 negative responses in a day. When that threshold is crossed, Fiidx sends one clear email alert to your account. You control the sensitivity. The alert fires in seconds, not hours — before the unhappy customer opens Google Maps or posts elsewhere.

Paste your Google review link in Settings. When a customer submits a positive rating and says they'd return, the thank-you screen shows a single prompt: leave a Google review. Yes. Growth supports up to 3 locations and 25 feedback targets. Pro supports up to 10 locations and 100 feedback targets. A target can be a branch, department, product, checkout counter, receipt, package insert, support desk, returns desk, shelf, showroom, or custom touchpoint.

We accept debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) and mobile money where available. Apple Pay is supported on compatible devices. Card subscriptions auto-renew monthly. Mobile money is handled as prepaid access — 30 days or 12 months.

No time-limited free trial. But setup takes under 15 minutes, cancellation has no penalty, and the Starter plan is designed to let you test the product at low cost. If you have a promo code, you can activate up to a year of Growth or Pro access without a card.

Yes. You can switch plans from the billing page inside your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately. If you downgrade, the change applies at the start of your next billing period. Your data is preserved through any plan change.

Your feedback data is never deleted when a subscription lapses. Your public feedback link stays active — customers can still scan and submit. Your dashboard goes read-only: you can view all historical data but can't collect new responses until you reactivate. Reactivating restores full access instantly.
