These terms govern your use of Fiidx. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to them. They're written to be clear, not to bury obligations in legalese.
To use Fiidx, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
One account may manage multiple locations and feedback targets depending on your plan: one location or target on Starter, up to three locations and 25 targets on Growth, and up to ten locations and 100 targets on Pro.
Card subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Mobile money subscriptions are prepaid for 30 days or 12 months. Prices are displayed at checkout before payment is taken.
You may cancel at any time from the billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you retain full access until then. We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused days.
If a payment fails, we will notify you by email and retry. Continued failure may result in your account entering read-only mode until payment is updated.
Fiidx provides a platform for collecting anonymous customer feedback via QR code, displaying responses in a real-time dashboard, generating Fiidx AI-powered insights and questions, automating Google review prompts for satisfied customers, and sending negative-feedback alerts.
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and secure, but we do not offer a guaranteed uptime service-level agreement. Planned maintenance will be communicated where possible.
You may not use Fiidx to collect feedback from minors under 13, impersonate another business, send spam or unsolicited messages, attempt to circumvent plan limits, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy, at our sole discretion and without prior notice in cases of serious breach.
You are responsible for informing your customers that feedback is being collected via a third-party platform when they scan your QR code. We recommend displaying a brief notice near the QR code.
Fiidx collects customer responses on your behalf and handles them in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not share individual customer responses with any party other than you.
Questions, summaries, tags, and weekly insights produced by Fiidx AI are generated automatically based on your feedback data. They are not professional advice. Use your own judgement when acting on any Fiidx AI-generated recommendation.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting hello@fiidx.com. We will permanently delete your data within 30 days of that request.
If we terminate your account for a policy violation, unused subscription time is forfeited and will not be refunded.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Fiidx and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or reputational harm.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these terms will not exceed the amount you paid to Fiidx in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. If a change is material, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continued use of Fiidx after that date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
