Fiidx is a tool for collecting anonymous customer feedback. Our default position is to collect as little as possible, especially from the customers scanning your QR code. This policy explains what we do collect, why, and how.
When you create a Fiidx account, we collect your email address, business name, business type, and the name of your first feedback target, such as a location, product, department, or touchpoint. We use these to set up your workspace and send account-related communications.
When a customer scans your QR code, we collect their rating, their answers to your three feedback questions, and their return intent. If a customer voluntarily provides a phone number to receive an incentive or reward code via SMS, we use that number only to deliver the requested message.
We do not collect customer names, email addresses, or any identifier that connects a response to a specific individual. No tracking cookies or scripts follow your customers across sessions or other websites.
We use your account data to operate Fiidx: generating your QR code and feedback link, powering your dashboard, sending negative-feedback alert emails, and producing your Fiidx AI-generated weekly summary.
Anonymous customer response data is used to calculate your trust score, detect sentiment trends, and generate your insights. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to any third party.
Fiidx AI generates feedback questions tailored to your business type, analyses response themes, and produces weekly summaries. Customer response data processed through Fiidx AI is handled under strict data-processing commitments and is not used to train provider models.
Subscriptions are processed by Paystack. Fiidx does not store your card number or mobile money credentials at any point. Your payment data is governed by Paystack's own privacy policy.
Your feedback data is retained for as long as your account is active. If your subscription lapses, your account enters read-only mode and no data is deleted. If you request full account deletion by emailing hello@fiidx.com, we will permanently delete your business data and all associated customer responses within 30 days.
Workspace owners can also open Data in the Fiidx dashboard to request a tracked workspace export or deletion review. Deletion requests are reviewed before fulfillment so billing records, security audit logs, and legally required retention are handled safely.
Fiidx is hosted on Vercel. Fiidx AI uses trusted AI infrastructure to process feedback and generate summaries. Payments are handled by Paystack. Slack integration (on Growth and Pro plans) sends alert data to your chosen Slack workspace. Each provider governs how they handle data processed through their own infrastructure.
If we make a material change to this policy, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of Fiidx after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
